Bought the SIM card reader to copy my SMS from my SIM card to computer. SMS are definitely on the SIM as I can read them on transferring the SIM to another phone. This reader is not working at all. I downloaded the software. Insert the SIm into reader. insert reader into USB slot on PC. It shows uopand is recognised as "F: Dive: on PC taskbar. Pink light is on, on the reader but the software repeatedly says "please make sure the device and sim card are ready" Can anyone help?
